AI, living to 150 and Agemica

I saw a company called Agemica, which intends to accelerate drug discovery through AI and has the goal of helping humanity reach a healthy lifespan of 150 years. Tech’s getting better, and AI pushes it even further. Anthropic has an AI-driven wet lab now, and just give it a few decades: I think 150 years old could be possible even though it’s ambitious. I’ve heard anything beyond that could be impossible, and that the brain might be one of the things that limits us.

We’d need a way to biologically de-age the body, which isn’t possible now, but with how fast it’s going, by the 2060s or beyond, or even a bit earlier, who knows? I think we’ll break through, scientific discovery by scientific discovery, until we reach that point and it becomes more and more normal. I think AI could be what helps humans find cures for cancers and ways to tackle ageing.

Around 27,000 people a day died from cancer worldwide in 2022. Agemica says that’s its first focus, which seems ambitious and hopeful... then I see they have a fucking crypto token. Anything associated with it makes me suspicious.
